NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion is taking a break from her current “Hot Girl Summer Tour” to handle the hosting duties for the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
Although she has two previous VMA wins to her name, this will be the first time that Megan Thee Stallion has hosted the annual awards gala.
Along with her hosting duties, she’s also been nominated for multiple awards this year,
Megan is up for 5 nominations this year, including “Best Collaboration” with tourmate GloRilla and “Best Hip Hop,” the same category she last won in 2020 for her chart-topper “Savage.”
The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards will take place on September 11th at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.
