In the Community episode, Jeff was also about to try and lay one on Tricia Helfer’s Lauren. Suspecting that this lovely lady couldn’t possibly be in town for the convention, he flirts with Lauren, admitting that he ditched the nerd convention.
Lo and behold, Lauren is, in fact, there for the convention, and even mistakes Jeff for an actor from her favorite series, Inspector Spacetime. To make things for Jeff even worse, Annie, who has feelings for Jeff and is sharing a hotel room with him, decides now is the perfect time to pretend she is his wife.
Putting on a show for hotel staff and calling room service as Mrs. Winger, a staff member alerts Annie that her husband has been located in the hotel bar flirting with another woman. Still playing the part, Annie ends up confronting Jeff and Tricia Helfer’s character, dumping a drink over her friend’s face.
